Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the UnifiedBot Discord bot, the UnifiedBot dashboard, and the UnifiedBot website. By using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

Operator

Independent third-party service

UnifiedBot is operated by Dyhr as an independent developer. UnifiedBot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord, and these Terms do not replace Discord's own terms or policies.

Eligibility

Who may use the service

You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required by the laws of your country to use Discord and UnifiedBot. If you use UnifiedBot on behalf of a server, team, or organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Acceptable use and platform compliance

Your account, permissions, and content

You are responsible for the servers, channels, roles, commands, and settings you choose to connect to UnifiedBot. You are also responsible for keeping any dashboard access or owner credentials secure and for activity performed through your account or session.

Privacy and data handling

Use of UnifiedBot is also governed by the Privacy Policy. You agree not to require UnifiedBot to process data in a way that would violate law, Discord policy, or the published Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

UnifiedBot may change, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, abuse prevention measures, hosting issues, or Discord platform changes, limits, outages, or enforcement actions.

Future paid features

UnifiedBot is currently offered without paid tiers. If paid features, subscriptions, or similar offerings are introduced later, additional terms, pricing, and any applicable refund rules will be published before those features are charged for or activated.

Suspension and termination

Access to UnifiedBot may be limited, suspended, or terminated if you violate these Terms, violate Discord's rules, create security or legal risk, misuse data, or interfere with service operation. Suspension may also occur if Discord limits or revokes access needed for UnifiedBot to function.

You may stop using UnifiedBot at any time by removing it from your servers, ending dashboard sessions, and discontinuing use of the website and bot features.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

UnifiedBot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UnifiedBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the service.

Reports, support, and updates

If you need support, want to report abuse or policy violations, or have questions about these Terms, email supportunifiedbot@gmail.com or use the UnifiedBot support server. I may request reasonable verification before discussing guild-specific actions or data.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
